Dad is Great sooo We Bought Him Chocolate Cake
To celebrate Matt's 30th birthday, my parents, grandparents, sister and the kids shared a little cake and Jonathan entertained us... Jonathan decided to announce to the table that "Gaga is Older than DIRT"... this little boy had us all rolling on the floor laughing!
Jonathan had gotten his daddy a fan for when he works out, and Katrina bought him a pair of jeans...
Of course the BIRTHDAY FESTIVITIES will continue when we go to the Cape this coming weekend!

Katrina's Song
Jonathan and I wrote a song for Katrina to calm her and make her smile....
"Ka-trina, Ka-trin-ah
Our pretty little ballerin-ah
Ka-trina, Ka-trin-ah
The prettiest girl in the sports are-na
Ka-trina, Ka-trin-ah
Our pretty little bambin-ah
Ka-trina, Ka-trin-ah"

Anniversary Dinner
For our anniversary we took the kids to Rain Forest Cafe'...
Jonathan absolutely loved it, and it is so cool to have him finally old enough to really enjoy things. He was even able to order for himself.
It's really funny because most couples would like to have a quiet anniversary dinner away from the kids at some expensive fancy restaurant, however Matt and I are always happy to celebrate with the children! The only stinky thing was Matt's new schedule forced me to be home with the kids on our anniversary while he worked, so we had to wait until his first available day off....

BEFORE P90X
For safety reasons, I STRONGLY URGE you to avert your eyes from the fatness you are about to see.... Careful now....
Despite the warning, YOU are choosing NOT to follow explicit instructions!
Even DR. PHIL viewed this images and provided a DIRECT warning to the model: ME!
OK, .... YOU HAVE been warned!
Image one: Front view, problem areas are clear!
Image Two: A very UNPLEASANT rear view!
Image Three: Equally unpleasant side view, the target areas are painstakingly evident.

Molars?
Jonathan came home yesterday after spending the afternoon with Granma & Granpa 'Cella in Watertown, with a slight fever. A fever that had disappeared from the night before. He hadn't taken a nap (very common for a weekend), and didn't eat much, (not surprising since he hadn't eaten all week, with the exception of yesterday's TWO picnics), but other than that had no other symptoms.
Matt attempted to fight him for a temperature, and managed to get a reading of "101*" between all his screams of torture.
Once things calmed down, I gave him a Popsicle and got another temperature reading of "100*"
Matt and I got Jonathan to bed by 8, but he was fighting sleep... When all was said and done I banked about an hour and 10 minutes...and Matt ended up on the couch.

RJ's BBQ
After spending the day at a children's birthday party, it was off to Cousin RJ's Birthday BBQ, since he is home from Afghanistan for only two weeks, we had to take advantage of the opportunity to spend some quality time with him and the rest of the family....
