The three of us visited him last Sunday and he seemed delighted as always to see us, especially Jonathan. And Jonathan was able to make him smile and laugh. Goodbye Gramps
Matt's grandfather past away yesterday after nearly 90 years of life. Thankfully Matt made it to the nursing home to be with him as he past.
