Since yesterday a lot was missed, we tried to get the kayaking and shopping on today's agenda, but the heat index prevented it.
The day began with temperatures reaching high 90's, so we hung home and snacked by the pool with a short trip to the park. After lunch, Jonathan went clamming with Grandpa and Grandma 'Cella, since the breeze and cool water would be refreshing.
The plan was to watch Grandpa 'Cella's game and head home, but with the heat exceeding 100, there would be no game watching this trip....
